Netflix - Le Nuage Noir
To mark the highly anticipated arrival of Wednesday Season 2 in Europe, we partnered with Netflix to create a "big bang" marketing moment that disrupted the peak of the French summer. Moving beyond traditional advertising, we aimed to be culturally relevant by leaning into the show's dark, mysterious aesthetic to contrast against the bright, cherished summer season.
Through two high-impact PR stunts, we literally and figuratively "clouded" the summer sun, turning a bright day into a tangible experience that mirrored the atmospheric tone of the series.
We launched a colossal, dark cloud-shaped hot air balloon that drifted across the French countryside, blotting out the sun. The balloon served as a massive floating canvas, featuring clear branding, a catchy tagline, and a scannable QR code to drive viewers directly to the show’s return.

Using localized rain induction technology via ModClima, we orchestrated an unusual weather phenomenon: raining on a sunny day in France. This "unconventional promotion" showered audiences with an unexpected experience, amplifying anticipation for the new season.
